- Users can request to cancel their service subscription within 7 days of purchase.
- To cancel a service, users must send a request via email to support@t7healthtech.com with relevant details.
- Cancellation requests after the allowed period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The service was not delivered as promised due to our fault.
- Technical issues prevented access to the service.
- Duplicate payments were made mistakenly.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- Services that have already been rendered.
- One-time consultation fees, customized software solutions, or third-party integrations.
- Any service canceled beyond the eligible period.
Processing of Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days to the original payment method.
